scarce late 1880's New Zealand photograph by photographer William Wilford Golder. The scene depicts a man on horse in front of a Bank of Australasia. Golder is recorded as being active in the 1890's at Hukanui village not far from Eketahuna (between Manawatu and Wairarapa, in Tararua). Including the card it is 10.6cm x 8cm across. It is in nice condition with only minor wear.
